Brief Answer:
It is common to get shrinkage of penis as the age advances .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed shrinkage of your penis .

It is natural and normal for penis to shrink as the age advances
This is because of following factors
1) As the age advances there is reduction in serum Testosterone levels produced by testicles at the rate of 1% for every one year .This reduced levels of Testosterone in blood is one of the factors for shrinkage of penis at old age

2) As the age age advances there is accumulation of pad of fat in peri pubic area and lower abdomen which results in burying of penis to look it small as compared to at the age of 30-40 .

3) There is a generalized atherosclerosis that also involves penile arteries carrying blood flow to erectile tissue .This reduced blood flow contributes to factors mentioned above to cause shrinkage of penis.

4) There is a deposition of collage (Scar Tissue )in sheath covering erectile tissue causing reduction in elasticity of penis making it t appear to be shrinked .

This can be improved to some extent by
1) Reducing abdominal fat
2) Taking Testosterone supplements (If it is low).

But one has to remember the law of impermanence and accept it as a reality.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
