What Causes Skin Rashes Like Lupus Skin Rashes, Raised, Dry, Itchy And Painful?

Gall bladder swelling likely
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting on healthcaremagic. I have gone through the details provided by you and it seems that the swelling is actually an enlarged gall bladder. The location and size goes with your description. Kidney is a much deeper structure and located almost in our back where the lower border of the rib cage lies. So I would rule out kidneys anyways. I do not think that there is any relation to lupus. Eczema would be limited to skin only and would not involve deeper structures. The rashes are probably unrelated and I would like to know more about them.
A gall bladder swelling might also have formed stones in it but unless associated with pain or other symptoms like jaundice, I would not worry about it. Please get a upper abdominal ultrasound done and visit a doctor with the report. Alternatively, you may upload the reports on this platform. I would not suggest going in for any blood test for the time being. Ultrasound would be more relevant than X ray and so I would not insist going in for an x ray either.

You can live with it
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Even if gall bladder stones are formed, you can wait till you start getting abdominal pain. However you would need to seek urgent medical attention once you get such a pain, if ever. Many people develop asymptomatic gall bladder stones which get found out incidentally while being investigated for something else. They may not ever get any sort of pain or complaints throughout their lifetime and hence surgery might be averted. Many surgeons may prefer to play safe and get it operated but I think that there is no problem in waiting.
