Brief Answer:
Cauterization
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the picture.
I have reviewed the picture and I would like to put forward differential diagnosis of Verruca plana and Seborrheic keratosis.
Verruca plana is a viral infection commonly known as wart and require immediate removal via a radiocautery to prevent spread to other areas.
Seborrheic keratosis on the other hand are just benign growth of skin tissue and do not require any active intervention.
Since clinically its quite impossible to differentiate both, according to my experience I would suggest to get it removed via radiocautery to be on safer side.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.
Thank you and take care

First, let me say thank you for your help. Ok this is pretty bad. how could the doctor think it was just a skin tag? the spot to the left is the wart? And the spot to the right that is brown is seborrheic keratosis? Can I buy a creme or surgery to remove?
Brief Answer:
Try topical 5-fluorouracil cream
Detailed Answer:
Yes, the brownish one seems more to be in favor of seborrheic keratosis and the other one more in favor of wart but to reply diagnosis just on look would be inaccurate. he best option is to get both of them removed via radiocautery or else you can apply topical 5-fluorouracil 1% cream twice a day for few days.
