Brief Answer:
Effects may take 3-4 months to get used to.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can understand your concern.
Many of the mentioned side effects are related to drug Tryptomer.
It may take 3-4 months to get used to the side effects.
The effects may subside with dose reduction.
But the side effects continue to prevail with varying degrees as long as the drug is taken.
Post your further queries if any.

Brief Answer:
Hair loss is reversible
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I apologize for the delayed response owing to my hectic work schedule.
The volume of hair lost should be reversible.
Tryptomer is not recognized to cause irreversible hair loss.
Daily supplementation with oral tablets of Zinc and Biotin should restore hair loss soon.
I generally recommend my patients oral tablets of Bevozinc and Xtraglow for 3- 6 months for a quick hair recovery.
Please check with your doctor if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.
The quantity of fat you put in should be lost by dietary fat restrictions and daily fiber intake.
Instead of standard work out, I suggest you to go for regular briskwalk for 5 days a week. This should help you to loose extra fat.
Thank you
