also she is started believing she and our daughter got allergy like cough and asthama kind of problem from maid which was bit imaginary. she started taking medicine also for that like from may to XXXXXXX 2014

Brief Answer:
Sleeping issues and depressions are probably anxiety related.

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Foracort inhaler contains budesonide and formoterol- should be taken 1 to 4 inhalations per dose, either once or twice a day. Clearly she has taken over dosages.

Levolin Inhaler (Levosalbutamol) : the normal dosage range is 2 to 4 doses per day, consisting of either 1 or 2 inhalations.

She may not have any psychosis but she is having more of neurosis (anxiety).

Zolpidem can be used as a short-term treatment for insomnia. This includes difficulty falling asleep, waking in the night, waking early in the morning and sleeping problems that are causing severe distress.

Remember, Zolpidem is a prescription medication and she will need to get a prescription from her local doctor after discussing its usage with them.

Talking with a good psychotherapist and discussing the issue will help her resolve her anxiety and guilt in the long run, so try and coax her to see one gently.

I am always happy to discuss this with you further and look forward to your follow-up.
