Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
Occasional sleep disturbance is not a disorder. Sometime due to stress (work or physical) person feels difficulty in getting sleep. Inadequate sleep may lead to weakness and fatigue. Your sugar and heart rate are absolutely fine.
You have lost weight recently as well as anaemic, these are also responsible factors for weakness.
From your narration it seems that you do not have any physical problem.
''my swallowing water is strange''- please clarify this sentence.
Please ask your question/concern clearly that what do you want to know.
I will be happy to help fuehrer.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

I think I might just be nervous but when I served myself a glass of water it didn't feel like a natural gulp. It felt like I didn't know how to swallow. I'm sorry if it sounds crazy
Brief Answer:
during nervousness it can happen
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for clarification. No need to sorry at all.
It is absolutely fine. During nervousness such odd feelings can occur. But it is not long lasting. Take deep slow breathing. Inhale for 3 seconds, keep breath in for 3 seconds and exhale for 3 seconds. Do it for 10-15 minutes. You will feel relax.
If any specific reason for nervousness which you feel is difficult to deal you can let me know.
Take care.
