Question: Dear Doctor, I am a male 30 yrs old from XXXXXXX I work as a software engineer. I am feeling tired daily not able to sleep, not feeling hungry, my neck, shoulders, rigt hand, back side of head and leg muscles thigh, calf and feet pain a lot daily. Unable to do any work for long time. In 2011 summer, due to a CT scan report saying sublte loss in lordosis, I have undergone physiotherapy for neck pain and leg cramps. In 2014 summer, I was diagnosed for vitamin d deficiency and treated for musculo skeletal pains. Now, I am suffering with these problems. Last two months has been very disturbing. Losing interest in everything. There are so many doctors in the city. Not sure which specialist to consult and how to find a reliable doctor. Please advise at the earliest.

It can be B 12 deficiency

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having cervical spondylitis with B 12 deficiency. I think you are still having vitamin D deficiency as well. Stress and anxiety can also causes such symptoms. So I have following suggestions for you.
1. Avoid keeping your neck in same position for long time. It can happen when you work for long time on laptop or computer.
2.Continue physiotherapy of the neck.It need patience but it is most effective.
3.Take muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz.
4.Hot water fomentation and Local application of Ointment like voveron or volitran is effective.
5.Take 60, 000 iu vit D weekly for six week and vitamin b 12 daily for three months.
6.If you are feeling tired, it can be anxiety, sleep deprivation. Take Alprax .25 mg at night time.
