What Causes Slight Numbness In The Right Arm In A Hypertensive Person?

Question: I have been having slight twinges in the right side and middle of my chest. I am a female, 54 years old with no history of heart disease. No shortness of breath. I am overweight and have been trying to lose. I am also on high blood pressure medicine which is under control. Slight numbness in my right arm. I had a complete heart workup about 5 months ago and it came back in good condition. What could it be?
