What Causes Slight Sting In Tip Of Penis While Urinating Post Unprotected Sex?
Question: Hello,
I had unprotected sex about a month ago and then again about 2 weeks ago. I could be paranoid. But the tip of my penis has a mild sting to it after and only after I urinate. And for the pass couple of days I have been going to the bathroom a lot more. It has been a little better of the pass 24 hours. But I have noticed that I am a little bit fatigued from time to time. I do travel a lot. What do you think the problem could be. I haven't thrown up and I don't have any discharge coming out of my penis and I don't have any bumps anywhere on my body

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI especially inflammation of terminal part of Urethra (Urethritis).
Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily after sending for urine culture and sensitivity. Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Per my research I thought about it being a UTI.
But wasn't sure! Like I said there is no discharge of any kind. Just fatigue and mild sting. Only thing is I travel and I am currently in China until I return to the states on the 16th
