Brief Answer:
Hb estimation, random blood sugar,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
The symptoms that you have mentioned are vague. I would have done your clinical examination and would have ordered few investigation like haemoglobin estimation to rule out anaemia and Random blood sugar. Based on the report we would have decided on the management.
Blood pressure slightly above 120/80 is fine.

Regarding rash, it might be insect bites for that I would suggest you to apply calamine lotion with alovera.

Breast soreness might be due to wearing a bra that doesn’t fit or isn’t supportive enough, stress, consuming a lot of caffeine (for example, in coffee, tea, cola, chocolate and energy drinks), weight gain (this can cause breasts to get heavier).
Belly tenderness, might be due to acidity, avoid spicy food, alcohol, eat food rich in fiber.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
