Question: hey iam nineteen and over the years i've noticed nothing... my hands have not grown or my arms. I have been decently getting taller but iam the skinniest person ive seen for the most part. Since being so skinny and have hands that a very skinny and unmanly, ive seen this relating to the size of my penis which i havnt seen any significant growth. I also look young too but i can grow a nice amount of facial hair which makes me realize if something didnt go right during puberty and what i can do to be normal.

1.The arm span is normally equal to your height, do you have that?This will clear your doubt regarding small hands and arms.
2.The skinny look may improve with time as males usually grow till age of 21.Just improve your diet with more calorie/fat content.
3.As far size of penis is concern, it is not much of importance. As only the outer 1/3 of vagina has nerves which are responsible for sexual pleasure.Hence, penis having size of 4-5 inch in errection will do.
