What Causes Small Bump On Outer Lower Lip?

Question: ive had this small flesh colored bump on my outer lower lip for A year and half hasn't grown since. When I stretch my lip it turns a little red. I can provide pictures if need be

I have gone through the picture, based on that it appear to be Fordyce granules, these are visible sebaceous glands that are present in most individuals. These are completely benign and does not require any treatment. I would suggest you not to worry, based on picture they are of no health concern.
