Brief Answer:
Bump not related herpes. Just relax.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of herpes a the penile area.

After analyzing the picture with best diligence let me reassure you first that overall the eruption has got no similarity with herpes.

To tell you simply regarding herpes: it appears basically as multiple small fluid filled vesicles which remains only for one to two days and then forms an ulcer. The area is quite painful or itchy with variable discomfort.

The complete course of illness in herpes is just for 2 weeks.

In your case I am not able to find any kind of similarity with any of tbe symptoms above. So you can very well relax for the same.

This appears to be simple benign growth of oil gland. Do not try to touch or pinch or pop the area as can get secondarily infected.

Always use safer sex practice to avoid any stress.

My best wishes for your healthy life.

Brief Answer:
I suggest you to not to disturb the area.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.

I suggest you to not to disturb the area. By pinching or pricking the area gets enlarged or infected. This could lead to further complications as the skin of the penile tip is very soft and thin. So do take care of the same.

In case if it increases in size then I suggest you to meet a doctor. Presently it is quite minute so there is no need to worry.
Most commonly these kind of eruptions subsides by its own in few weeks of time or sometimes takes longer.

My best wishes for your good health.

Brief Answer:
Just maintain good hygiene.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for posting your further follow up.

I have analyzed all the pictures sent by yourself. The present part of itching and burning are not related to the bump. It is just simple hygiene issue. Sometimes due to sweating and tight clothing's one can get mild to moderate allergic phenomenon. This could be solved by simple washing and wearing lose cotton undergarments. I further suggest you to change the undergarments two times a day.

Just wait and watch for the bump. It should subside by its own.

My best wishes for your good health.

Dr Sanjay Kanodia

Brief Answer:
White marks resolves in few weeks of time if taken care properly.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.

The sting kind of feeling at the penis head could be related to popping of the eruption. It is due to minor nerve irritation. As this area is very thin skinned and sensitive so could get such type of sensation for quite some time.

The part of white marks resolves in few weeks of time if taken care of hygiene properly. If still your problem continues then please meet a doctor for a personalized examination.

My best wishes for your good health.
