What Causes Small Dark Spots On Arm, Back And Chest Area?

Question: Hi 3 scabs have appeared on my body in the last few months. 1 on my arm, one on my back and one is forming on my chest. They are small dark spots with slight scabby surface. They have been going away with time and then a new one comes....what could this be?

It is looking like seborrheic keratosis, a condition caused due to blocked sebaceous glands.
I treat such cases with topical tretinoin cream.
This gives good result within a week.
