Brief Answer:
Enlarged glands

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Small bumps in the inner labia are usually due to the glands which are present in it.
They are enlarged in some females causing pain and irritation.
However, itching is not related.
It can be due to urinary tract infection.
I suggest you to get your urine examination done including urine culture and sensitivity examination done and get further treatment accordingly.
There is nothing serious, so do not worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
