Question: Good Evening

I have found a small lump at the bottom of my right testicle that feels quite sensitive to the touch. It does not feel like a hard, solid lump but wonder if I need to get this checked out by my GP or not?

Could be due to infecyion of Epididymis (Epididymitis)

This could be mostly due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis) However final diagnosis can be confirmed by a clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist and doing Ultrasound Scanning of the scrotum.

Please consult General surgeon and get following basic tests done
1) Routine urine test

If you have pain may take antibiotics like Augmentin and anti inflammatory medications like Diclofenac twice daily .
