Brief Answer:
It is probably a Fibroadenoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Have you had a Surgeon examine it? It sounds to me like a Fibroadenoma which is a benign(not dangerous) lump which is quite common at your age.

To be sure, you can consult a Surgeon who will examine you and put your doubts to rest. If there is a doubt an FNAC(Fine needle aspiration cytology) can be done. It is a test in which a small needle is inserted into the lump and cells are aspirated and examined under a microscope. This tells us what cells are growing in the lump. But that call should be taken by the examining Surgeon.

Specially if the Ultrasound scans have shown normal tissue then I don't think you need to be worried but it would be safer to get examined by a Surgeon.

Do let me know if we can help you with any other queries on the subject.
Take care,
Dr Rishi.

No I haven't been too see my Gp this time just yet. Ido have a lump in this breast already which is quite firm but fills rubbery that was okay all normal results. This one is small its actually quite hard to locate as soon as I lie down to examine it I cant feel it so I dont know? Im just quite anxious about it..iv had 2 scans before that was 2 years ago though and they both come nack as normal breast tissue...

Brief Answer:
Please get examined by your GP, may need a repeat Ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX
Sorry if I got you wrong.
Please see you GP and get yourself examined and possibly a repeat Ultrasound scan to see what the lump is and the rest as I mentioned earlier.

You should get all that done if there is any suspicion. Its better to get thoroughly investigated than not.
Do get the examination done at the earliest and if your GP feels necessary then a scan and an FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology).
Take care and do let us know the results.
Dr Rishi, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
No nothing serious. Just to be sure that its Fibroadenoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Its just that its better to get the doubt out of your mind though it seems mostly like a Fibroadenoma which is nothing to worry about.
Do not worry and all reports will come normal as always.
Take care,
Dr Rishi.
