What Causes Small Lump On Nose While Suffering From Chronic Sinus Infection?
I have chronic sinus infections. I have for multiple years. Started after I got my septum straightened and tonsils taken out about 5 years ago. I notice the infection myself around every 2months. I have had scans done and ENT says they can't find anything wrong.
Around 7months ago I have noticed a small lump-like on my nose. Recently I just noticed another one.
You have any suggestions?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having swelling on nose. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any pain or bleeding from the swelling?
Kindly get back to me with the details and photo.
As per your clinical details, it appears to be sebaceous cyst or solar keratosis or abscess.
I suggest the following measures for couple of days, to overcome your swelling.
1. take anti inflammatory and analgesic tab.brufen 400mg twice daily.
2. anti allergic medication like tab. cetrizine 10mg at bed time.
3. antibiotic cap.amoxicillin 500mg thrice daily (needs medical prescription).
In persistence of symptoms, needs to see ENT surgeon, to rule out other causes.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health
