What Causes Small Painful Bumps On Head Of Penis?
Question: Good evening i discovered two small / painful bumps on the head of my penis. I always use condoms for anal sex. Im a XXXXXXX man.
Brief Answer:
HERPES and GENITAL scabies are the possibilities
Detailed Answer:
HI,
wELCOME TO HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
I saw the picture sent by you.
You had your exposures only with protection. STD manifestation over the covered part of genitals is unusual with protected exposure.
Your lesion has two possibilities as appeared in the picture.
1. Herpes simplex infection. Possible only, If you have some manipulation before wearing condoms.
2. Pappules of Genital scabies. If there is marked itching in and around your genitals this could be most probable.
Get examined by a Dermato-venereologist and follow his guidelines , you will be alright soon.

Thank you! I've had oral sex but onky with known partners with the exception being yesterday. We deeply kissed and i did not notice any outbreaks on his mouth, lips, or tongue. I was also thinkng it woild be too soon for that. There are instances where when using a public toilet my penis will touch the rim if the toilet. Im going to try and be seen tomorrow.
Brief Answer:
STD unusual with toilet seats.Absence of oral lesion transmission possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
It is unusual to get anything from toilet seat as the STD organisms are highly fragile and can not live outside the body for not more than few seconds.
Even in the absence of lesions in the mouth one can infect the other through oral sex and kissing.
You had not answered the question whether you are having itching or not?

Ah sorry! No itching but i noticed it when walking home today and as soon as i got to mh hiuse i checked as i thiught it was relates to wearing a scratchy pair of flannel boxers that i hung dry. Now recently under the shaft has been very itchy but i just attributed that to not being dilligent when using the urinal and havinf some urine escape as im rushing and wearing making my briefs moist and it being like that while at work.
