Question: I have small painless red marks on my penis. But I've had sex well over 20 times this week. She said she hasn't had sex in years. Should I worry about anything or is it probably caused by friction

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Small painless red marks on genital area are not suggestive for any specific sexually transmitted infection. Most likely these spots are just skin irritation due to friction.
If you had unprotected intercourse ,there is a risk to get an STD.In this cause I would suggest to get tested for STI (sexually transmitted infection) ,even if you have no symptoms at all.
Right know I would suggest to avoid sexual intercourse for few days and see what happens with these red marks on penis. In case of friction lesions ,they will go away in few days.If they persist or get worse ,you need to see a physician for proper evaluation.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.I would be happy to help.
