Question: my husband fell down 6 step backward and hit his head on the basement wall. His pupils are small and non reactive. he has had laser treatments for diabetic retinopathy. should I be concerned

I am sorry for the accident your husband had
You should be carefull, first you have to check glicemia because it can be low right now
In my opinion it will better if you present to emergency room just maybe a CT scan will be helpful.
I don't see any reason to concern too much but you have to be carefull these first hours
