Question: Hello, I have 4 or 5 small red bumps on the glans of my penis. They appeared about 34 hours after having unprotected sex. The do not hurt or itch. Could this be an std?

Would herpes come on so quickly? Also, could this be a reaction to the IUD my partner is using?

warm soaks in a bathtub for 15-20
minutes a couple of times per day. if this is friction related it might help.
typically HSV does cause sores but not always.
