What Causes Small Red Colored Bumps On The Lips?
Question: I keep getting these small red/skin colored bumps on the surface of my lip. They dont hurt itch or burn and I only know they are there by licking my lips. they are hard to see as well until I stretch the skin on my lips and shine a light on them at a certain angle.
I am hsv 1 pos, but I don't think im having an outbreak. my initial outbreaks incorporated the usual burning stinging ect
what could this be?

I know im late but I finally got some pics
Brief Answer:
Reassurance.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
I appreciate your efforts for providing the pictures.
Have seen the same and much clear perspective couldn't be inferred from these pictures.
Most likely these are tiny salivary cysts(mucocele) or sebaceous cysts(fordyce lesions). Both these conditions are harmless, self limiting and common in healthy persons which need just observation.
As i said early, you can just observe these bumps or get examined if it starts to trouble.
