What Causes Small Red Dark Spots On The Head Of Penis After Masturbation?

Question: Hi - approximately 8 hours ago, during masturbation, I was squeezing my shaft very tightly as I was moving my hand forward, and suddenly these small reddish dark spots appeared on the head of penis (not shaft), one by one, then I witnessed this large black spot appear on the top of my penis head, and was slightly raised for a short time. It has seem to fade slightly, I assume they are broken blood vessels, but wanted to make sure there isn't something I should go to dr. immediately. picture is attached. Please advise. Thank you.
