What Causes Small Red Spots On Breast?

Question: Just noticed small red spots on my left breast. I did have abnormal cells removed 4 years ago. They are not raised or itchy. Just concerned since I just noticed them. Looks almost like a bruise.
Brief Answer:
Be assured.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The spot you described can in fact be a bruise only. Red spots on the breast should not be reason for concern. The cancer does not present this way unless there is a deep seated lump or so.
You can have a policy of ''wait and watch'' this might just go away.
Please do not apply anything to the spot.
NO medicines are required if there are no symptoms.
You may post a photograph attached to this query.
Be assured.

Thank you, Doctor. Also wasn't sure if it is related to the other situation I am having. I have not had a period in a year but in this past week I have had cramping and spotting. Lasts one day then gone the next then back again. Mostly on the toilet paper but on my underwear as well. Cause for concern that they are related?
Brief Answer:
Gynecologist's opinion/ problems not related
Detailed Answer:
Most welcome.
The age you have mentioned here is 54.
I am also worried to read the history of cramping ans spotting. This is not expected at your age. I would suggest you to have an opinion and examination by a Gynecologist and investigation as suggested by Him/Her.
I do not think they are related.
