What Causes Small Red Spots Popped Up In Penis Head?
Question: hi I have had 3 small red spots pop up on my penis head I had protected sex 7 weeks ago also unprotected oral at the same time

Thanks so much for the picture which was very helpful. The main concern I had when you mentioned having had oral sex and the appearance of red bumps was the possibility of genital herpes. However, based on the picture I do not believe that you have herpes. The red dots are likely just a minor skin irritation, or possibly tiny burst blood vessels, but I do not believe that they represent an STD. At worst, they may be a tiny fungal infection, and if they don't go away on their own, you can try some over the counter anti fungal cream like miconazol.
However, I don;t think you need to worry. however, if they continue to persist, or get worse or spread, you should see your doctor. If there were worse lesions that weren't in the picture you sent, please take another one and I can look at it. You may not realize that the second picture you sent was of your motorcycle. If you had another picture and sent this one by mistake please send the correct one again.

hi I am sorry about the second picture I didn't mean to send that. if it was herpys would it be painful already or would it only be painful when the ulcer opens up. how long after contracting herpys would they show?. I do masturbate dry quite often would that cause this problem. how long show I wait until contacting a gum clinic
