Brief Answer:
Atrophy of testis is suspected, consult a surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Small sized testis can be due to atrophy of the testicular tissue.
Atrophy at the age of 25 is unusual.
This could be due to fall in the level of testosterone in blood.

I would suggest you to consult a surgeon for clinical assessment of testis and ultrasonography.
Blood levels of testosterone have also be done to look for any hormonal disturbance.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Investigations required to answer all your queries

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Whether the condition is curable or not will be determined once relevant investigations are done.
I would suggest you to get semen analysis done to assess whether you will be able to father a child.
The semen analysis is done after 3 days of abstinence.
A testicular problem should not hinder you from getting a visa.

Thanks and take care
