Brief Answer:
It is small vesicle and there is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

I would take this opportunity to wish you all A very Happy New Year 2015.

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. It's a small vesicle filled with clear fluid and there is no inflammation. There is no cause for concern. It should subside on its own. I hope there are no such lesion elsewhere.

I would suggest you the following

1. Do not attempt to squeeze or rupture it

2. Local application of antibiotic ointment twice a day for 2 days will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Best regards
