Brief Answer:
No stools, no gas, distended abdomen and vomiting...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. The fact that you can pass out small volumes of stool makes this more likely to be constipation than total blockage. Total bowel obstruction presents with no passage of stools, distended abdomen pain, vomiting, etc.

How many tablet son ducolax have you taken today? If they fail to help with the next 12-24hours, I will suggest you visit the hospital for evaluation and treatment. This will require a plain abdominal film to make sure there is no blockage. As soon as that is established, we will go on with managing as constipation.

In all, unlikely to be bowel obstruction but should symptoms persist, I recommend a hospital visit for review and assistance.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well.
