Brief Answer:
Possibly an irritated hair follicle or a simple cyst that will self-resolve

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Seems to me like it could most probably be an inflamed/infected hair follicle which can occur due to the friction in the region caused either by direct contact or from clothing.

Nothing to really worry about ma'am, you can go about the following instructions:

+Warm compress over the region several times a day (this will increase blood circulation in the region encouraging it to either heal and subside or pop on its own and drain)
+Keep the region clean and dry at all times
+Do not pop it
+Keep it uncovered
+Topical application of an antibiotic may also help (e.g. neosporin)

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
