What Causes Small White Bumps On Shaft Of Penis?

It's been a month since I saw little white bumps on the shaft of my penis. Whenever I stretch out the foreskin of my penis I see tiny cluster white bumps. sometimes it itch but i think it's just because its sweaty down there. its been a month so i don't know if its anything other than not being hygienic. what do you think is it?? I'll mention it again, it sometimes itch but not all the time, its been a month since i saw it and its still there and its little, so little that only way you could see it is when you stretch out the extra skin, I'm also circumcised. the tiny bumps are located on the extra skin around the shaft and towards the front of the penis.
Is fungul infection contagious?
I'll be honest I don't take shower a lot and when I woke up it was itching and and dry and there was some red bumps on it, so I put aveeno lotion on it and it help. But when I shaved my pubic hair it didn't help the itch. This morning I took a shower and out the lotion again and all the itching and dryness relieved. You still think is fungus? It was red and irritatingly dry. Lotion seemed to comfort it. I also concluded from looking at stuff online that it might be thrust or fungus infection. My other question would be that late I have those dryness on the tip of my penis, it was unusual because that never happened before but dry skin runs through me I always have dry skin but skin on the tip of my penis was different from before. I put some aveno skin lotion and it works. What's the cause of the dryness?
Structures of no clinical importance and to be ignored.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activity.
Bumps in cluster over the shaft of penis- It tempts anybody to think in favor of Genital Herpes. But Genital herpes never exists for more than 2 weeks in a normal imuno-competent person. So I exclude the possibility of Genital Herpes.
Fordyce pappules over the skin of shaft of penis is not rare (visible sebaceous glands). But it has no clinical importance. You can ignore the same.
Moreover you had mentioned that it is visible when you stretch the skin of the shaft of penis. It is quite common over the skin of the base of penis (over the excess skin) when stretched the hair follicles are visible as clusters of bumps. It is nothing but the normal skin looks differently over the shaft of penis and also over the scrotal skin. Just ignore this and it will not disturb you or your spouse or sex partners in any way.
