What Causes Small White Particles In Urine?

Question: for the last day or two, I've noticed small white particles in my urine. This AM, A few were a bit smaller than the top of a pencil eraser, most are tiny, the size of tiny bubbles. I don't have any symptoms all, but often don't drink enough plain water daily, and I do eat dairy products. When my urine is noticeably light yellow, and has a small amount of tiny particulate, what kind of problem do I have?

Hi,

I can mainly suspect 2 things here but various other things may also be possible which can be determined after physical exam and investigations.

Firstly, protein may get leaked through urine in certain kidney conditions for example Glomerulonephritis(this is rare possibility in you as you do not have any other symptoms) However, needs to be ruled out.

Secondly, semen may also get mixed with urine and can present this way.
