Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Don't worry about the head, it is impossible that it can get smaller.
Only the skin of the head may become thinner, due to dehydration, but it is normally unnoticeable.
If you notice you see your body parts in a distorted way, consider consulting with a psychiatrist.
Since you refer problems with kidneys function, urination and bowel function, you should get evaluated by your primary care Doctor about fluids and electrolytes imbalance.
It is necessary to have blood tests about electrolytes levels, kidneys, liver and thyroid gland functions in order to understand better your condition.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
You should continue to eat normally and to take needed amounts of fluids every day.
If you notice signs of dehydration ( dry skin, mouth, fatigue etc.) you should increase the amount of fluids intake.
Medications should be discontinued if there are changes of electrolytes levels in blood.
Hope I helped you.
Take care.
