Brief Answer:
Malabsorption/intestinal parasites...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the health situation you are in.
The soft stools and undigested vegetables you have been experiencing might be related to:
- diet changes (lots of spicy or uncooked foods which is typical for Chinese meals)
- intestinal parasitic infections (as they are quite prevalent in China).
-malabsorption
I advise to examine your stool for ova/parasites, culture the feces and run malabsorption tests for further evaluation.
Meanwhile, I advise to:
- apply good hygienic measures
- do not consume instant/non-well-cooked foods (corner foods)
- wash foods well when eating raw
- avoid spicy/chilly foods
- drink clean water
Hope it helped!
