Left submandibular swelling

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I Have gone through your query; and most probably it suggests that you maybe suffering from the left submandibular swelling.

To rule out other disease, to reach the near diagnosis and for better management it is absolutely necessary that you may go for
1. USG Neck
2. FNAC of the left submandibular swelling
