Unlikely
Solitary rectalnulcer syndrome is related to

chronic constipation or recurrent straining

or digitalization( inserting finger in the anus to remove stools)

or dys synergistic defecation( improper coordination of the pelvic muscles)

Acute food poisoning and colitis will cause rectal ulcers but won't cause solitary rectal ulcer syndrome.

So how can you say that Food Bourne Illness can't cause rectal ulcers???
