Brief Answer:
Possibilities of rheumatoid arthritis and thyroid disease is there

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you are having soar joints in hands and feet but you have not mentioned since when you are having this problem.

First possibility is of rheumatoid arthritis as small joints of hands and feet are involved. You can get you ESR, C reactive protein and rheumatoid factor test for it.

Second possibility is thyroid disease as you run thyroid diseases in family. You can get your T3, T4, and TSH to rule out thyroid disease.

Third possibility but less likely is vitamin D3 deficiency so you can get your vitamin D3 level to rule out it.

Till then you can take vitamin and trace elements supplements and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health
Take care.
