Question: I have a sore that now looks infected on the back of the inside of my cheek. I believe it is now caused some swollen lymph nodes and my ear feels a hey and sinuses are affected?

As per your history, you might be having infection in tooth in associated area which might have lead to development of sore & lymph node involvement.
You need to go for x-ray of tooth.
Based on clinical & radiographic you may opt for RCT (Root Canal Treatment) or Extraction as feasible.
Meanwhile you do warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day.
Consult your dentist for further treatment plan.
