What Causes Sore Throat And Severe Cough With Nasal Congestion?

Question: I had unsafe sex 4 days ago and 2 days ago I started getting a soar throat and coughing alot and nose congestion. Flu-like symptoms. I also started using a new lotion for masturbation and I masturbate once or twice a day and I went to go do it now and i see these white very little bumps on my penis and I was concerned I had one red pimple like bump before about 6 months ago but that went away around one day. The white little bumps now do not hurt and I do not feel any pain peeing or ejaculating but I did feel some sort of pain going up and down with the lotion and felt many bumps and I just noticed the bumps today. Is this STD? I do not feel like itching it nor do itch it in general and when the penis is not hard it seems to have went away

Hi and welcome. I do t think this is STD considering your description and photo. However itcant be ruled out for sure without STD tests. At this point you should just keep good hygiene and look for some new signs.White patches may be result of desquamation and irritation due to masturbattion. So if you notice discharge or bumps you should see doctor.otherwise this is not required
