What Causes Sore Throat And Tight Chest?

Question: Hello,
I had my question answered last week, but I wanted to add to what has been going on. A week and a half ago I thought I got a piece of food stuck in the side of my throat, and so I spent hours after hacking, coughing, trying to get it out. Turns out I think I already had got it out, and that I may have just scratched it. A few days later the feeling I had something stuck in my throat was still there. And a few days after that I started to have sore throat. A doctor on here said I should gargle, eat a banana once a day, and 2 tbs of honey and lime. I did this, and it is now the second week i think...and my chest is tight and throat is sore. Uncomfortable and I am more concerned. I have a doctors apt but not till May. I have been diagnosed with pleurisy but they prescribed me with Ibproph and it went away. That was a few years ago. Should I go to urgent care or wait it out? I also have allergies, so not sure if this is what this could be. Thank you for your help!!

No fever associated
Throat is sore when I am swallowing at times and when I am not(off and on)
Chest seems tight (that just may be from me stressing) and feels abnormal/heavy when I breathe in
No associated cough maybe once or twice a day but that is it
I can swallow saliva & food
No idea about ulcers
I did have some soreness in neck but it has seem to subsided. I do stretches and may have pulled something doing that.
Thank you for your help!! I am trying to relax and not worry so much.
Not sure about hurried respiration. No wheezing.
I forgot to add this. It is sore but when I drink tea or eat something it burns a little (throat and chest) almost like a heart burn sensation. Then it subsides and is just dry sharp feeling and uncomfortable.
I apologize for keep adding things, but just right now after I drank some tea, I spit out blood. Not coughed up, just spit out some. Phlemy. This has happened before but usually it is due to my teeth or gums randomly bleeding. I brush daily but I don't floss as much as I should. I am not sure if the blood is from my gums or this throat issue. I just thought this was important to inform you about.
Brief Answer:
Possibility of Gastroesophageal reflux
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
One of the possibility is you are having Gastroesophageal reflux. Presence of reflux causes sore throat. That could also explain your bleeding problem.
Persistent oesophagitis secondary to Reflux may cause such symptoms.
I would suggest you the following
1. Tablet Pantoprozole+ Domperidone will be helpful. Taken once a day in morning
2. Antacid: Syrup Gelusil MPS 5 ml thrice a day after meals will be helpful.
3. Avoid lying down immediately after food.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take care
