What Causes Sore Throat, Fatigue, Body Aches, Ear Congestion And Green Nasal Mucus?

about 3 days I started feeling a sore throat. I realized I may have catched a cold.
now the sore throat is very painful. (I start to take iBrufen 400mg and it helps with the pain for 6 hours).
and I also feel:
- Fatigue
- body aches
- greeny nasal mucus at morning.. and I caugh until I get it out of my chest.
- no fever.
- blocked ears.
- dizzy
shall I start antibiotic course? or just leave it take its time and treat the symptoms?

It would be advisable that you avoid Oral Decongestant like Phenylephrine and Tablet Meclizine ,when you are taking Sulpiride.Also you can take Nasal Decongestant drops containing Oxymetazoline instead of Xylometazoline.
