What Causes Sore Throat, Low Grade Fever And Fatigue After An Intercourse?
Question: Sir i am from XXXXXXX when can I go for STD test it almost 40 days of my last last sex with sex worker I encounter two exposure with sex worker one on 16th may and other on 28th may. It almost 40 day of the last sex . the 16th may was a condom break case and from 31th may I start felling sick starting low grade fever with fatigue , joint paint kneee pain, then raheses red blister over my chest and shoulder which increase my anxiety one red dot on my hand look like blood clot but the raheses reaming till date on 20 XXXXXXX I got a red dot on my plam I was test on 6th XXXXXXX then 15th XXXXXXX for HIV 4th gen it was neg with index value 0.07 the on 23th XXXXXXX again with index value 0.12 on the same day I was tested with HIV 2 detection pcr RNA which repoted after 5 day came out not detected all testes are done from Dr lal path lab but I am not feeling well now I have sore throat and I feel heat and sunburn the raheses get red when I sweat or went into sun they are not fading way I just get worried after seeing my red dot on my plam . I always feel gulity and can't came out of this problem please help me . I feel itching and something is coming out of my pein but when I check nothing was there

Lal path lab is a good lab and results are accurate. 4th generation tests are very sensitive to find HIV also. I usually advise HIV duo test with combination of 4th generation antigen and antibody test after 28 days from exposure. This will give almost 99% sensitive result.
So if you done 4th generation test after 28 days from exposure you are most likely safe from HIV. You can relax in this case.
The symptoms you are getting can be from streptococcal throat infection and after effects of it. Anti streptolysin O (ASO) will be raised in such case. You can check for ASO titre in blood. Also blood routine examination. This condition can give joint pain, rashes etc. Short course antibiotics , NSAIDs or corticosteroids will help to recover from this. You can consult an internal medicine physician to manage this.

Yes sir I undergo the 4th gen duo test include p24 on 26th day and also hiv 2 pcr rna

I did the normal fever panel test which came out normal except little raised in WBC I have also fear of other STD do these symptoms look like herpre or sypills. I never had rashes on chest before this and one rash on plam and one on hand between wrist and elbow which look like blood clot these are unusual rashes for me .

Urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea will rule out those also. ASO titre is a blood test which test for antibodies against streptococcal infection. You can run ASO test also to rule out possibility of streptococcal infection.
Please upload your routine blood analysis report which shows increased wbc count.
I would suggest antibiotics like Doxycycline for one week to clear any bacterial STDs to be on safe side even if the tests are negative in my patients with such case. Doxycycline will cover syphilis , chlamydia and gonorrhea.

Sir please see the report I have tested with urine test I some local lab I don't what they check it comes out negative I didn't find that sir I was thinking for going STD panel Test + ASO test from Dr lal path lab by serum but it didn't have gonoherra test in that sir I have low grade fever , chill, knee back side pain which all improve but still I have fatigue and rashes . sir I have a vein near my kidney which pain when I press it with hand . I didn't understand what I causing such symptom . sir please help me I am in real trouble

Please review them.Sir please go through my reports I am test positive for herpe please help me sir I am I great fear sir as you told I was tested for aso also but that comes negative . sir I heard that herpe can't be cure . sir help me I am in fear and tensed with my report . Sir should I depend on antiviral drug throughout my life . it is necessary to tell doctor that I have herpe every time if I get ill in future . I still have rashes so do I start the treatment by antiviral drugs or give time to my immune to overcome this by itself because may be I start depending on drugs. The rashes fade but when I get exposed to sun or heat they come back. Sir do it effect my sexual life ? My offspring? I am worried and paniced . please do guide me . you say 50% people have herpe mean can I live a normal life .
