What Causes Sore Throat,headaches,nausea And High Fever?
Question: 9 year old with sudden onset sore throat, headache, nasea and vomiting, 102 fever with not alot of redness in throat

Get a throat swab done for strep.
While the results come, give him acetaminophen 6 hourly and benadryl pediatric formula twice a day.
Do warm saline or betadine gargles.
