Question: got this after having sex with girlfriend she was really tight and we went for hrs trying to figure out what it is

It seems that you have some infection, possibly an yeast infection.
How many days after intercourse you have this lesion. Whether it followed immediately or the very next day or after a week?
If the girl has yeast infection it can be transmitted to you also.

Soreness immediately after sex, followed by bumps ----- possibility of Genital Herpes is there. Grouped localized lesions are more in favor of Genital herpes. Blisters and ulcers are not visualized better in the picture sent by you.
Consult a Dermatologist. He will guide you properly for further investigations and treatment.
