Brief Answer:
Can be due to vigorous intercourse

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The sore and swollen vein near the clitoris can be due to vigorous intercourse/ rubbing during masturbation. If it is very painful and troublesome, there could be a minor blood vessel which bled inside the clitoris, leading to a hematoma ( blood clot).
For the time being, please use ice packs, soothing gels like aloe vera and if itching is a problem, you can use Vagisil anti itch cream
Also avoid abrasion and friction, excessive washing or rubbing of the affected area.
Allergic reaction to some kind of substance, fabric, scented or coloured toilet paper, local cleanser, lotion, gel, soap or bathing product can also cause this swollen vein.
Colour changes such as black spots/ brown spots / patches are common In the inner labia minora. Most of the times, these are harmless pigmentation changes, but you need a check up by a doctor to tell which ones are melanomas ( potentially cancerous ) . These spots might require skin testing or serial follow up to determine if they are benign or not.
It's possible that due to the friction of the rough intercourse, as well as squeezing it, this spot got abraded and led to slight bleeding.
Sometimes the spots are also related to hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle or due to ingestion of certain medications.
Usually these are harmless.

Brief Answer:
It will subside gradually.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Since you are already taking antibiotics to avoid an infection this swelling will subside on its own. Recurrence can happen in case there is a repeat vigorous intercourse.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
