What Causes Soreness In Feet When Suffering From Diabetes?

Question: Hi I am a diabetic since 1991 but recently have been getting sore feet around the middle of the foot. It started in my left foot and now sometimes both feet. It feels like a cramp, I have had a foot clinic look at them and made some orthotics but wearing them made it worse.
