Brief Answer:
Change the undergarments

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your problem and empathize the situation you are in. You cannot really walk well when you have such blisters. I checked the pictures. You should keep the thighs apart and walk which is really difficult and embarassing.

When you have such friction blisters I suggest you to use Hydrocolloid blister plasters which help in quicker healing. If you do not use these the blister heal on their own within 10 days to 15 days. Mupirocin is not known to help. Moisture, excessive rubbing of skin are thought to be culprits so you should avoid them.

My suggestion is to choose only 100% cotton undergarments that keep the skin of the both the crotch area apart, i.e the undergarments should be longer and should cover upto half the thigh length. Sometimes sticking woollen pads on those areas help.

You should importantly lose weight or go for surgical procedure like liposuction at the thighs if the problem is repeated and intolerable to lead quality life.

Hope these are useful suggestions.

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Flabby skin hangs and has more chances to rub against each other during various activities such as walking, standing for long duration. Leads to more rubbing and friction blister develops.
