Question: Hi, I have what appears to be a sore of some type on the inside of my nose. I do notice the tip of the nose on one side is a little misshapen and there is an odd odor I notice from time to time. It has been bleeding a little this week and wonder if I should be concerned. It seems to be ongoing for several months.

This needs evalution.
