It is not clear about duration of lesions symptoms whether dandruff present etc.
You can treat dandruff if any with ketoconazole shampoo like scalp lotion.Use cleansers like cetaphil for face wash.
Clean the lesions with warm water twice daily. Apply topical mupirocin or fucidin cream twice daily.
Take oral antibiotics like roxithromycin 150 mg bd for 5 days.
Look for any lice infestation in scalp or pubis area.
