Brief Answer:
He needs antibiotics!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the images. These are infected bumps following contact dermatitis. I recommend he gets antibiotics. This must be gotten from his primary care doctor as antibiotics are not available over the counter. Benadryl for the allergy would be a good option as well.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
